CareSpot revenue increased 26% following the PR campaign I created for the launch of 57 new or rebranded centers across Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas.
The campaign involved creating a new name and branding, local advertising, and a new website that allowed consumers to locate the nearest CareSpot Urgent Care center, and make appointments using a smartphone, to avoid long waits.
We also launched a hyper-local PR campaign that generated extensive media coverage during soft openings and grand openings.
In addition, I created the crisis prevention and response plan for this client that controls potential crises in minutes.
